Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Ocean of SaaS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The bid board
The board is ranked by the amount paid, highest first. Bids start at $2 and stop at $1,000. Bidding is governed by the rules on our Rules page, which are incorporated into these terms.
Payments and refunds
All sales are final. Because a bid immediately changes a public ranking, payments are not refundable except when we remove a listing ourselves, in which case the removed listing is refunded.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any product, link, or information you submit. You represent that you have the right to list it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Removals
We may remove listings for malware, scams, adult content, impersonation, or anything illegal, and may do so at our discretion. Removed listings are refunded and the apps below them move up.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, clicks, or any particular outcome from a listing or bid.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean of SaaS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
